What If #6: What If the Fantastic Four had Different Super Powers? Reed has dragon wings! Sue can stretch!
Okay, this one never actually happened in a 616 comic, but it did happen in the movies (kinda).
This makes What If? #6 the first issue of What If? that didn’t actually happen in the Marvel Universe. It does come awfully close, but, no, it’s a true “What If?”
The story does incorporate the famous Dr. Doom/Reed Richards bodyswitch from Fantastic Four #10, and uses it for its big finale/ironic ending.
