This feels like a level-setting issue. Danny Ketch and his Ghost Rider side are not aware of what happens in each others’ lives anymore. Ketch moves to the Bronx to try a geographic cure (but oddly the same cops show up at the crime scenes in this issue). Ghost Rider loves living in the city because he gets to do vigilante stuff.
