A flaming biker fights a guy who controls water and a magician. Actually, this isn’t a bad issue. Moondark and Water Wizard’s relationship is interesting–the former baits and teases the latter into action, and then bumps up his power levels via magic.
But of course Ghost Rider wins–and fairly easily–in the end.
