Lots more soapy goodness here, and Professor X doesn’t come off well, but I want to focus on how much fun it was to meet these characters and learn about their powers at the same time they were learning them. The above is a great sequence, and Sal Buscema’s art is better suited for this than Bob McLeod’s was (but Bob is still on inks).
