Dazz goes to the moon to help the Inhumans fight Moonstone and Blackout, who are looting the Blue Area (the new home of the Inhuman city of Attilan) for moonrocks to give Moonstone more power.
Blackout is wicked powerful in this issue. First of all, it’s just him and Moonstone versus all the Inhumans, and they still need Dazzler.
Second, she only gets enough power to fight off his darkness power by converting the voice of Black Bolt into light.
Reed Richards has a brief appearance when he sees the flash of light on the moon and calls up there to make sure everyone’s ok.
Why does she go to the moon? Because she might as well–her contract is cancelled!
