These are the first issues in Doug Moench’s run–the run that will ultimately bring us Moon Knight. These early issues aren’t great, so I’m going to whip through them really quickly. There’s more adventures with Raymond Coker The Black Werewolf. Jack keeps struggling with changing into a monster every full moon. Topaz’s old partner Taboo comes back for a bit. Jack’s sister Lissa becomes a werewolf for a while. A villain named Glitternight does stuff. None of this is bad, it’s just a little dull. It lacks any real sense of consequence.
