A new Scorpio arises and starts killing SHIELD agents, including one that was friends with Wolverine. So, it’s a Nick Fury/Wolverine team up. Scorpio seems to be Nick Fury’s son’s son, but turns out to be Nick’s own son and he’s been brainwashed into hating Nick.
Thus, Fury has a son and he’s the new Scorpio.
