Flag-Smasher and the underground racist army Ultimatum try to explode the United Nations, and Kitty, Marrow, and some other X-Men stop them.
Brian K. Vaughan does okay with the script–he pits Marrow (a dark young girl and new member) against Kitty (who used to be a bright young new female member of the team), and the parallels do a good job at showing the characters. But the art is distractingly bad.
