Rob Liefeld returns to Cable as penciler, then drops out for next issue, then begins an extended run with Joe Pruett on scripts. This issue has Cable hop into Rachel Summers’ reality, where Cable didn’t exist, and has an adventure before being sent back and admonished by Rachel to access The Twelve and prevent the return of Apocalypse.
