It’s a circus issue. But no, we don’t get the Circus of Crime. Instead, we get Taskmaster (who we know from Avengers #221 likes to hang out and recruit talent from circuses). This is just the second appearance of the character.
Thing is looking for his girfriend from Secret Wars, who he believes is on Earth. In the end, Tasky is arrested and the circus mind-reader, Vance Astrovik, decides to hang out with Thing for a while. Vance claims to be able to help Thing find his girl. Also, Vance will grow up to be a Guardian of the Galaxy.
Finally a \word of advice to Thing: If you’re gonna do the trenchcoat disguise thing, wear pants.
