Vision and Scarlet Witch visit the Inhumans, who now live in the blue area of the moon, next door to Uatu.
They visit their newborn niece, Luna, daughter of the Inhuman Crystal and Witch’s brother, Quicksilver…
….and learn that Magneto is Wanda and Pietro’s father.
They learn about their mother as well.
And the Nazi’s involvement.
This is arguably one of the most important revelations in Marvel history. It became part of major films, it changed the direction for several important characters, and it made the villain Magneto into someone much more noble and understandable.
This miniseries is a fan favorite, but on my re-read, overall, it didn’t hold up as great. Good, but not great. But this issue is outstanding.
