This issue is decidedly better as a new creative team comes in and introduces Warhawk, a blue-steel-skinned Vietnam veteran who goes around killing civilians because he can’t break mentally free from the war.
It’s very violent, with several innocent bystanders being shot down in the streets. Just the kind of thing that was up artist Pat Broderick’s alley.
