Cap goes to Harlem with Falcon to take out a gangleader named Diamondhead who, under his fake diamond-head mask, is actually a white Maggia crime boss who is moving into the Harlem territory. This story matters because it’s the first time Sam Wilson puts on Cap’s costume, which he wears to confuse the cops who are looking for Sam Wilson, not Captain America.
And Cap helps Fury test a new battle suit.
