Technically, this story starts in issue #242 with a cliffhanger, but I’m going to pretend it’s all in one issue. Tony is shot by a stalker, and is left crippled by the incident.
Tigra visits him in the hospital. So does Scott Lang (Ant-Man) and his daughter Cassie (future Young Avenger, Stature).
In the end we’re told he’ll never walk again.
But he will. And pretty soon, too.
