It reads a little like Cat in the Hat at first, but it’s not as good.
I mean, most Madcap stories are stupid and obnoxious, but this one is bad even by Madcap standards. It’s basically Cat in the Hat: Franklin’s bored, his dad and the rest of the FF won’t play with him, so Madcap takes him out to cause trouble and he finally realizes it’s better to be bored than amused by an anarchist.
