Man-Thing helps Citrusville’s Sheriff Daltry deal with some preppy frat boys who want to blow up Man-Thing and dig up the body of Sheriff Daltry’s dead wife for kicks. Naturally, Man-Thing stops them. But this is another very dark, very unClaremont-like story.
Also in this story, Man-Thing and Sheriff Daltry seem to have a relationship where the cop respects him and doesn’t fear him.
Also, Chris Claremont invents a new term: Butt-Stroked.
