Jack Power hires Dakota North to investigate some money stolen from a children’s author, while Katie Power enlists Punisher to do the same. I like the idea of Punisher and Dakota crossing paths, but throwing the Power Kids into it makes it a very limp, silly story.
Spanking is a form of punishment.
Punisher seems to be played for comedy here. Look at the overkill with the sound FX:
And Punisher think-speaks like a 1930s gangster.
This just doesn’t get any of the character right.
