The first story in this giant-size quarterly is by Tom DeFalco. Spider-Man is mistakenly believed to be a criminal. A bunch of random Marvel characters read the Bugle headline and get cameos (including Cyclops, which is very random). Thunderstrike decides to search out Spider-Man to see if he can help him clear his name. They fight Hydro-Man.
Truly, this is nothing you haven’t seen before. Then Spider-Man teams up with Luke Cage in a story with art by Scott Kolins.

I had no memory of Luke Cage ever looking like this.
The last story is a Flash Thompson piece. It’s 6 pages and has two writers and two pencillers.
