From Marvel Age, a promotion of a Frank Miller (writer) and Walt Simonson (artist) Daredevil story that was originally supposed to appear in Daredevil #235 and #236. Dr. Strange was a guest star.
Only Marvel took so long to schedule it, Frank Miller got bored and went to DC, where he revamped Batman and never looked back at Marvel again.
