X-Men Unlimited closes with a “Wolverine in Tokyo” story written by actual Japanese writers and drawn by the great Paul Smith. It deals with ancient spirits all killed by the same sword. Your mileage may vary, but I don’t generally dig these kinds of tales.
X-MU, like most anthologies, has been an up-and-down affair. Overall, it has hit more than it missed, and certainly was better than most Marvel anthology titles.
