DARKHAWK ANNUAL #2 (1993): 1st Dreamkiller

Danny Fingeroth writes all four chapters of this annual, each drawn by a different artist. One of those artists is Scott Kolins. I like him. I don’t like this annual.

The annual has the first appearance of Dreamkiller, a character so unimportant he will appear only one other time, and three backup stories including one where Chris Powell and his brother beat up bullies at a ball game. Another one has Evilhawk still alive, but trapped inside his sentient spaceship.

The last one is about Savage Steel. Marvel is really trying to create a whole Darkhawk universe, but I don’t care about the lead character and care about his side characters even less.

The end.
