Doctor Strange’s Cloak of Levitation got shredded in a recent battle, and while it’s at the mystic tailor he meets Cloak.
Cloak has pursued a drug supplier named Renee Dedalier and absorbed her into his cloak, as he does all the time to punish criminals, but finds she can control the darkness and it turns her into Ecstasy.
She escapes at the end, and will be back in future issues of Cloak and Dagger.
I think this is the first time we’ve seen Cloak without Dagger.
