It’s time for a new supervillain to come. Yes, we again get the title “The coming of Orka!” And as a bonus, we get Tiger Shark as well. For his origin, he’s a low-level lackey of Krang, who becomes the second victim of Dr. Dorcas-the dude who created Tiger Shark.
Orka, Tiger Shark and Krang attack Atlantis. Both seem to die in the end. But along the way, Namor gets chained to an orca.
Decent story, elevated by Big John art on Subby again (issue #23 only).
