Wolverine takes on corrupt cops, once again blurring the lines between this character and Punisher. Well, I guess one distinction is that Punisher rarely drinks and Wolverine does it all the time. That distinction is maintained here.
This is the end of this series, but it immediately relaunches with Greg Rucka as the writer and the great Darick Robertson on art.
