This story resolves the several-years-old storyline Don McGregor started before Jack Kirby retook control over his creation. Black Panther is fighting the KKK.
Of course these Klansmen have a mystical element to them, but on the whole, this is a satisfying story of Panther fighting the embodiment of racism.
