At the Bar with No Name, supervillians get drunk and get into fights with each other and tell tales about fighting Spider-Man.
All of the characters are recognizable–or tell their identity in the story–but one, whose face is hidden by a hat and who wears a trenchcoat disguise, never tells us who he is. But he does brag about having kidnapped Spider-Man’s girlfriend and killed her–and then reveals his true self…
It’s a noirish story with wonderful art by Sean Phillips.
