In several ways, Darkhawk is a version of Punisher. Lost a family member to crime, family connection to law enforcement, uses dangerous weapons, fights street crime…The main difference is that Darkhawk has assumed the Marvel rule of no killing.
It’s stilted, but it’s still some decent writing here, arguing the merits of capture vs. kill.
