Of course this is not canon, but it’s funny and I love Sergio. He’s not just a great talent, he’s a heckuva nice guy.
Written by Mark Evanier, Aragones’ partner on Groo the Wanderer (which was published on Marvel’s creator-owned imprint Epic Comics).
It ends as a dream sequence, with Mark and Sergio appearing in the book.
And if you think I’m tagging the dozens of characters who appear in this one-shot, you’re nuts.
I’m just noting that it happened because it’s pretty fun. The creators go through all the major Marvel characters and spend a few pages playing with them.
