In the end, Ghost Rider stops Punisher from killing the leader. Because this Ghost Rider just wants to haunt and punish, not kill.
Except he causes a head-on collision that surely killed at least one of the drivers.

This seems like the wrong time to make (again) the “Punisher kills and that’s wrong” argument.
Also: Punisher’s motorcycle helmet looks like Ghost Rider. That’s kind of cool.
