Then, he gets the old “band” back together: Valkyrie, Manslaughter, Interloper, and Andromeda–all from the old Peter Gills version of The Defenders–along with King Arthur.
They all fight Dragon of the Moon.
But no sooner does he re-form The Defenders than Peter Gillis quits the book. Next issue will be a new creative team.
Too bad. It was just getting good.
