This marks the beginning of MCP being, essentially, a team-up book. Nearly every issue has an 8-page story about Wolverine, usually coupling him up with someone, and another 8-pager with a Ghost Rider team-up. The other 16 pages are still short stories, usually one multi-part or one 8-page standalone.
Ghost Rider’s first team-up is with Cable. Cable is trying to help a young, nice ninja being pursued by (not kidding here) “The Grateful Undead,” which of course draws in Ghost Rider, who assists.
That’s about it. Bad art and a meh story.
