No, not really. It’s just some dude with the same costume who is part of a cult.Or something. It’s an old inventory story by Dave Michelinie and Brian Bauer, drawn by Bob McLeod. It’s not bad, it’s just hard to read these stories when they’re out-of-continuity. They feel less important because they are less important.
Then, theres a Roy Thomas Dr. Strange story.
