Now freed from prison, Daredevil heads to Europe to track down the man he believes killed Foggy Nelson, but we the readers know that Foggy is alive and well and living in witness protection.
Issue #88 is all Foggy, thinking about his friend Matt and wondering when he’ll be able to come out of hiding. He eventually decides to leave the program and is immediately kidnapped by agents of Kingpin, but then saved by some ninjas.
We aren’t told who they are, but I’m assuming they’re the Chaste.
