In 1990, a reader who wanted to find a Spider-Man comic could only look to Amazing, Spectacular, Web of, or adjectiveless Spider-Man. So, MCP gave us a solo story in which he fights a forgettable and forgotten arsonist named Blowtorch. We will never see him again.
I can see why it was important to include this tale in this anthology comic.
