Hercules takes the New Warriors to Olympus, where Athena tells Aegis that she personally selected Aegis to find his magic breastplate. Then she gives him a new costume.
Problem is, nobody cares about Aegis.
Hercules then gives the team his “gift,” which means he fights them.
There’s also a story on Earth where Nova is accused of murder and defended by Jennifer Walters. And Bolt has the Legacy Virus, so Night Thrasher says he’ll spend his millions to help cure him–and also he’ll re-join the team.
Just in time for the series to end.
The final panel preludes the upcoming (terrible) Iron Fist/Wolverine series.
This volume of New Warriors was bad and pointless, and I’m glad it’s over.
