Mike Zeck and Steven Grant returned to do a graphic novel that looked at Punisher’s history in the military. It was the first time that part of his past was explored. By this time, Pun had two ongoing titles–so he was getting to be a marquee name–but this graphic novel proved that the Grant/Zeck team really was the best at telling Punisher stories.
