This issue starts with Hulk captured by Talbot (again) and brought to Hulkbuster Base (again).
When the plane lands, they’re greeted by Betty Ross (who is no longer the monster HARPY) and Jim Wilson (who is still Hulk’s black friend), and also by two supervillains who have taken over the base…Rhino and Abomination!
Banner changes into Hulk. Hulk fights them–but he gets bored pretty quick.
Abomination and Rhino go after Hulk at the same time and he ducks. Yeah, it’s an old joke. But it still works.
At the end of the issue, Colonel Armbruster drops a big cage on Hulk and captures him.
