I think the most important thing about this story is that Namorita is wearing a belly shirt and has “white person” colored skin now, so Human Torch wants to bang her.

There’s a bunch of other little plotlines, including the New Warriors trying to squash a brewing beef between two local street gangs, and in return the gangbangers blow up the team’s base.
