A fill-in artist tale plotted by Tom DeFalco (but still written by Louise Simonson) in which The Avengers donate some land to New York City (the site of the now-destroyed Avengers Mansion), and then some aliens invade to crash the party.

Also the first appearance of N’astirh, a demon who will be a “major minor” villain for many years–and who figures big in the Inferno Event.
The appearance ties into his baby stealing that leads to the event. It’s hyped on the letter page.
