Once again, an 8 page story. Chuck Kim and Walter McDaniel create a Cloak and Dagger vs. Vampires story. On the splash page, above, Cloak himself looks like a vampire. Like a vampire, Cloak’s darkness can feel all-consuming and make him thirst to suck people up. Lots of potential here, but it’s just an 8-pager so it doesn’t really go anywhere.
With vampires back in our world, this is a big, lost opportunity. B idea, C execution.
