Marvel Comics Presents #139 (1993): Batroc

Next, Batroc gets a solo story.  I’m down with this.  I like Batroc and I think focusing on a rarely used character—especially one who is usually positioned as a villain (or at least as someone who heroes fight) is a great idea.

Plus, he uses a trenchcoat disguise!

Mike Lackey writes, and someone named “Pedi” draws, this story, where a “normal” person hires Batroc to save her husband, who is being held hostage in a bank.

It’s silly but I like it, maybe ‘cause I’m partial to Batroc.
