We saw this percolating over the last arc: The Spot, Gibbon, Grizzly, and the new Kangaroo team up against Spider-Man, and they actually capture him.
Then the group start in-fighting, with Gibbon and Grizzly deciding they’d rather be heroes than villains in the end.
There are also check-ins on Flash’s alcoholism, Doc Samson taking over as head shrink at Ravenscroft (and Ashley Kafka being fired), Kraven’s son still on the loose, and Mysterio (appearing as Jack O’Lantern) beating up JJJ.
