He’s an amateur Tony Stark who creates armor that looks like an elephant. Later writers who had a more humorous take on She-Hulk would turn freaky villains like this into a tradition for her. So I guess this issue is significant in that respect.
But overall, it’s not executed very well.
Also, she sexually assaults her boypal Zapper. Okay, they’re in a committed relationship and I’m sure he doesn’t object all that much, but if Hulk did the same thing to Betty he’d be up on rape charges.
