Just when GR was getting good, we get a fill-in issue that wraps up some loose ends from Defenders #103. It’s not a bad comic—in fact, there are moments that are pretty hardcore. Like where Null the Living Darkness, who in this book possesses a man named Adam, kills a dog just by looking at it. Or when he shrinks a woman’s boyfriend and then tosses him out the window in an effort to impress her.
But on the whole, there’s not much reason for this to be a Ghost Rider story, and it really breaks the momentum Roger Stern was building.
