ROM returns to Earth and goes global. He gets some new gear (basically a new visor screen so that he can see Dire Wraiths without shining his neutralizer beam on them—an innovation that it is frankly shocking he never did before. He shares the new tech with Torpedo, who is basically his sidekick. ROM then leaves Clairton, West Virginia, because he thinks the wraiths are gone.
We’ll see if he’s right. But I’m betting he’s not because there’s a lot more issues of this series coming up.
