Daredevil closes out a year with a new villain: Tribune. He’s never seen again.
Gary Friedrich takes the writing reins from Roy Thomas for the first half, and then Thomas returns for #71-so this is probably a Roy Thomas joint, with Friedrich punching it up to meet a deadline.
It reads like a Thomas story, too: Heavily moralistic and presenting a simplified view of the world. Tribune is basically Fox News the Supervillain, killing hippie protesters.
Newsman Walter Cronkite appears.
