Utopia was recently invaded by Predators X who were full of nanobots. One escaped. Wolverine, Psylocke and Colossus track it to New York’s sewers, where they find Fantomex–who just killed it. But then he acts like a jerk so the X-Men move on to find out who sent the Predators X to Utopia.
Fantomex killed the monster at the request of a young mutant he’s befriended. The kid tells him he should join the X-Men.
Meanwhile, Magneto and Sub-Mariner build a pillar under Utopia to help keep it afloat and also be the new home for Atlantis. Cyclops doesn’t want Magneto’s help, and they argue, but nothing really changes as a result.
