Thunderstrike goes after a public school sniper who calls herself Sangre and spray paints “Sangre Means Blood” at the scenes of his crimes.
This is not a thing that really suits a God-adjacent character. It’s ridiculous that Sangre actually escapes Thunderstrike during their big confrontation.
This is more of a Punisher kind of story (and he does make a cameo).
Believe it or not, this villain will appear again.
