Spider-Woman #8 (1978)

Marv Wolfman leaves with #8, which is about a guy who “can’t die” but does die at the end of the issue. Also: More bondage on the cover.  Bondage is an ongoing thing for Spider-Woman.  I wonder if editorial picked her on purpose to have that theme, or if it’s just working out that way?

There is no reason whatsoever for this book to exist.  It’s terrible.  And I really want to be supportive of a new female-led title.
