Tony Stark makes a movie about environmental destruction, based on the events of this story, which are told via flashback. Sub-Mariner finds a broken undersea pipeline that is poisoning sea life. He attacks the island housing the main grid. So he and Iron Man fight at first.
But then they team up and blow it up together.
But in the end, the stockholders are not convinced.
